Didier/Denver has been synonymous with the television business since its inception in 1970 by Herb Didier, a legend in the broadcast business and my idol. Initially a manufacturer and distributor of high end broadcast equipment. A regional leader in high end video production and broadcasting equipment through the 80’s, Herb retired to Prescott AZ, and in 1997 Steve Didier evolved Didier/Denver into an audio visual service organization. Having spent over 20 years in audio/visual and broadcast television, first as field service technician, as a manufacturer’s rep. in the broadcast business with Didier Denver, and then as video sales manager and installation manager, both for the also legendary Davis Audiovisual Inc.
Jeremy Brown left Davis A/V to join Steve Didier by the end of 1997, and in 2002 they registered as a Colorado Limited Partnership.

We have experience with all kinds of audio/visual equipment, editing, presentation rooms, Fiber optics, microwave, solar collectors, Wi-Fi. We design, sell, install and maintain. Our specialty is surveillance. We have installed the Postal Inspectors camera systems in the majority of Post Offices built in Colorado, the largest being 90 cameras with dual control consoles and GUIs. In 2005 we brought Cherry Creek malls CCTV system back from the dead. We are Panasonic IP certified and do extensive work for the Federal Protection Service, as well as all the USPS Vicon warranty work.  We have designed and installed numerous child advocacy and social services interview rooms all over the state. Our interview rooms are in use at ICE, the Jefferson County DA’s office, Denver homicide, and gang units.

We have extensive clientele within the government, primarily in the field of law enforcement. We designed and installed a Wi-Fi security network that encompasses the entire Denver Federal Center, and one for Suncor refinery. We installed and maintain the surveillance system for the Denver Broncos, Sports Authority Field, and Red Rocks Amphitheater.
We carry a multitude of certificates and training sessions from Postal certification, to Tropos WiFi integrator. We do not have a sales staff.
Our first and foremost concern is still service. We are small, so consequently no job is too small, and having operated in this town since the beginning of time we can mobilize a competent staff for larger projects, like the 400 plus classrooms we installed in Eagle County schools. We knocked out a 50 classroom projector mount with wall plates in Jackson WY in 7 days portal to portal.

Because we are customer and solution oriented you are not going to see a hundred banners for different manufacturers on this website. We are an equal opportunity integrator, although we do like to use products with actual model and serial numbers, and we are very loyal to Panasonic where we have maintained a 20 plus year relationship. Their cameras and recorders are the best in the world.
